Our team
Originally with a background in Electronic Engineering, Dan gained 13 years experience in Trading Standards enforcing a wide variety of consumer, and in particular safety, legislation, and qualified in the Diploma in Consumer Affairs.
He followed this with 22 years experience in UK retail (first as QA Technologist with Kingfisher (B&Q), and latterly as Technical Manager with Sainsbury's Argos) dealing with product technology/quality, becoming a lead expert in product appraisal, product documentation, fault analysis and process development and training.
